Saint Paul's Lutheran Church of Irvine

About Our Church

Saint Paul’s Lutheran Church of Irvine was originally founded in Laguna Beach in 1947 and served in the city of Laguna Beach until 2010. In 2011, we moved to Irvine. We are developing new ministries to serve our local community in Irvine, CA. Our congregation has a history of supporting the local community through acts of service, equipping Christians through Bible study, and conducting liturgical services faithful to the Word of Christ.

We are a congregation that is passionate about our Lord’s Great Commands to love Him and our neighborMatthew 22 and our Lord’s Great Commission to makes disciples of all nationsMatthew 28. We are eager to personally reach out to people one-on-one, connect everyone to the Life of the world — Jesus — through His Word, identify and support future professional church workers, support international missions, and to remember the poor, the unborn and those in prison.

We are a congregation of the Lutheran Church – Missouri Synod firmly holding to the sacred liturgy which conveys Christ’s Word and Sacraments in all our services. We are a Christian congregation committed to growing in our knowledge of the Word and then applying it by loving our neighbors. If you are seeking a church home, please know that we consider you a child of God, dearly loved in Christ, and we would be honored to serve you! If you are interested in joining us, please speak to our pastor.
